General E-poster Session

Eligibility

Eligibility The General E-poster Session is for the community of meeting attendees, including professionals and postdocs. In order to participate in the e-poster session, confirmed presenters must pay the meeting registration fee no later than Friday, November 8, 2019. If you are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, please submit to the Student E-poster Competition.

Dates and Location

Friday, February 14, Saturday, February 15, and Sunday, February 16 2:00 pm-4:00 pm Expo: E-poster Presentation Pods Presenters will self-assign the exact date and timeslot of their presentations, and attendees will find the e-poster schedule in the online program and the meeting app. The amount of time per presentation slot will be determined by the number of accepted e-posters.

Getting Prepared

Your e-poster abstract must be submitted with the application payment by October 17, 2019, 11:59 pm PST, but you do not need to have your e-poster completed to submit an abstract. For more information, please consult the AAAS 2020 General E-Poster Session Guidelines. There is a non-refundable $25 application processing fee to submit an abstract. Attending the Meeting

E-poster presenters must register to attend the meeting; meeting registration is available online. If you have a doctoral degree, please consider serving as an e-poster judge for the Student E-poster Competition. Judges receive a deeply discounted registration rate in exchange for serving on a review panel. Poster judge registration will be available in mid November 2019.
