General E-poster Session

General e-poster abstracts are now being accepted. Online Submissions

Eligibility

The General E-poster Session is for the community of meeting attendees, including professionals and postdocs.

If you are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, please submit to the Student E-poster Competition.

Dates and Location

General E-poster Session posters will be displayed in the Expo during the following dates/times at the 2019 Annual Meeting:

Friday, February 15 | 1:30–3:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 16 | 2:30–4:00 p.m.

Sunday, February 17 | 2:30–4:00 p.m.

Presenters will self-assign the date and time of their presentations, and attendees will find the e-poster schedule in the online program and the meeting app. The amount of time per presentation slot will be determined by the number of accepted e-posters.

Getting Prepared

Your poster abstract must be submitted before October 18, 2018, but you do not need to have your poster completed to submit an abstract. Just have your poster ready with you at the 2019 AAAS Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.

Attending the Meeting

Poster presenters must attend the meeting; registration will be available in August.

If you have a PhD degree, please consider serving as a poster judge for the Student E-poster Competition. Poster judges discuss student research and provide feedback to participants. In exchange, they receive a deeply discounted registration rate for the entire meeting.

Poster judge registration will be available in October.
