Student Session Aides
Student session aides are an integral part of the Annual Meeting. Undergraduate and graduate students volunteer at sessions of their own choosing and will meet and listen to leading scientists, Nobel Laureates, popular authors, government leaders, journalists, and symposia speakers. Session Aides receive free registration in exchange for 8 hours of volunteering, and also receive free online access to the journal Science if they volunteer 16 hours.
To learn more about the session aide experience, read a blog post from recent student session aides.
If you already signed up to be a session aide, please double check that you are able to attend all the sessions you are volunteering for. Please also ensure that you are able to attend the student session orientation that will take place on 12 February.
