To make your stay comfortable, AAAS has partnered with two local hotels offering discounted rates.
Attached to both the Prudential Center and Copley Place Mall, the Hynes Convention Center is a quick indoor walk from both of these hotels.
AAAS held rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until January 30, 2025.

All rates are per room, per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 16.45%) and a 1.5% tourism fee in effect at the time of check in (subject to change).
You may be pursued by an unaffiliated company to book your hotel rooms at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through one of these agencies will be at your own risk, and AAAS will not take responsibility for lost deposits, reservation relocation, or accuracy in type of room reserved.
