Apply to serve as a poster judge. application

Poster judges review and discuss research at the Student E-Poster Competition, providing valuable feedback to the future generation of scientists. Those who serve as poster judges receive a deeply discounted rate for meeting registration of $120. Applicants must have completed a PhD program to be eligible to apply.You need to be available either Saturday, Feb 15 or Sunday, Feb 16 from 9:30 am-1:00 pm. Failure to report will result in being charged the non member on site registration rate ($480).

To apply you must have completed a PhD program to be eligible. Application includes your contact information and a pdf or link to online bio or resume. To match you with e-posters, please pick the category that best describe your area of expertise.

Upon approval our registration company will send you a personalized email to register at the discounted rate. Please complete registration by January 24, 2020 (we need confirmation you are coming before we start assigning).
