AAAS MEMBERSHIP STATUS

NEWSROOM ATTENDEES

Registration for members of the press and public information officers is available for those with qualified credentials. See more information here. If you have questions, please email media@aaas.org and include “AAAS Newsroom Registration” in the subject line.

TRAVEL AWARDS

AAAS welcomes students and early-career professionals to apply for the 2027 AAAS Travel Awards. More information and application form can be found here.

U.S. GOVERNMENT REGISTRANTS

For U.S. federal employees who may be required to submit paperwork in order to attend conferences, please contact meetings@aaas.org.

INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANTS

For international registrants who may need an invitation letter for a VISA application, please send an email to meetings@aaas.org to request.

PHOTO / VIDEO / AUDIO

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the AAAS Annual Meeting and other associated activities during the meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit AAAS to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, audio, and electronic reproductions of such events and activities.
