2026 AAAS Annual Meeting Registration
IMPORTANT: You must complete your registration online ahead of arrival. Walk-in registration will not be available. Online registration will be open as late as the last day of the meeting. Discounted registration rates are available through January 22, 2026. Standard registration rates will be in effect thereafter. Meeting badges are required to attend all sessions and events.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
The online program will note which registration option is required to attend a session or event.
Deluxe Access
Includes full access to panel discussions, topical lectures, workshops and public events (the plenary room, the Expo, Postdoc Talks and E-posters) and any special events that don’t require additional fees. See below for fees.
Basic Access
Includes public events (the plenary room, the Expo, Postdoc Talks and E-posters) and special events that don’t require additional fees. The Basic Access registration is FREE.

NOTE ABOUT DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION RATES
• AAAS Member rates are for members in good standing: use email associated with your AAAS membership.
• Postdocs are required to provide their institution and chair or principal investigator’s name.
• Students are required to indicate their institution’s name and graduation year.
• Retired Professionals are required to indicate their retirement year and institution.
If you are ineligible for discount, the prevailing rates will apply.
Badge Printing (Starting February 11, 2026)
Badges are required to attend all sessions and events. Print your badge at the West Building, Lower Level of the Phoenix Convention Center. You will be asked for ID upon check in at the kiosk and we will check if you also need to pick up a badge ribbon (e-poster presenter, judge, speaker, exhibitor, etc.)
Your badge is your ticket to enter all sessions and events associated with the 2026 AAAS Annual Meeting. The fee to reprint a badge will be applied at the standard rate of the original registration type.

GROUP RATES
For groups of 10 or more, please contact AAAS Meetings via e-mail at meetings@aaas.org. The rate per person will be the advance member rate for the group type you are registering.
AAAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified.
AAAS CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be received in writing at meetings@aaas.org. For email requests dated:
Until January 22, 2026: Cancellations with full refund minus a $75 processing fee is available.
After January 22, 2026: No refund requests will be honored.
AAAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified.
