MEETING Registration

If you have any questions about your membership, please contact MemberCentral Support by email at membership@aaas.org or by phone at 202-326-6417 or toll free in the United States at 1-866-434-2227 weekdays between the hours of 8:30 AM EST and 6:00 PM EST.

Registration for members of the press and newsroom attendees is available for those with qualified credentials. See more information here. If you have questions, please email meetings@aaas.org and include “AAAS Newsroom Registration” in the subject line.

For U.S. federal employees who may be required to submit paperwork in order to attend conferences, please contact meetings@aaas.org.

For international registrants, please refer to the International Travelers page for tips on getting your Visa to enter the United States.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the AAAS Annual Meeting and other associated activities during the meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit AAAS to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video, audio, and electronic reproductions of such events and activities.
